I meet people from all walks of life everyday. They are people like the hawker stall owners, accountants, bosses, company clerks, students, drivers, real estate agents, bankers, developers staff, etc. Some of them are already property investors as they have already been in the market for sometime. However there are still many people who are not familiar with the idea of property investment.
These group of people feels that property investment is an insecure investment. They usually will think that property is something one should live/stay in and if they have excess money, they will not invest in second property. Hm... Are you one of them?
I was one of them in the past. However, after being in this interesting industry for several years, i have changed my mind. :)
Changing my mind doesn't means that i will believe that property investment is a 100% secure type of investment, it really depends on many many factors such as location, type of development, developer, future developments and more which i will slowly share in my blog.
This blog is created to make seller, buyer, tenant and owners happy :)
